CALCULATED SHIPPING
Shipping is subject to adjustment if insufficient postage is calculated.

CHARGEBACKS
If you DO NOT recognize the purchase made from our web site and file a charge back dispute with your credit card company in error
for a legitimate purchase you will be charged the $15.00 fee charged to us by our processor for this error until it is reversed.

AVAILABILITY
All items subject to availability.
We normally ship within 48 hours of your order confirmation.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our items, please allow three weeks or longer
depending on the season for items that are shown as SOLD OUT.
Items are only available to order when shown as in stock.
You will be notified of any delays with your order confirmation if we are unable to ship within 48 hours.
Due to market fluctuations of our raw ingredients, prices subject to change without notice.
SHIPMENTS
Packages returned to us that were not picked up from the post office after receiving notification
or that are unable to be delivered to the address provided to us at checkout will incur all shipping charges involved
to ship the package to you again.

REFUNDS
Refunds do not include original shipping charges to you or return shipping to us
and must be returned within SEVEN days of authorization via USPS Priority Mail.
Think of it as driving to the store to buy and then return an item,

Proof of mailing by delivery confirmation is required for all returns.

CANCELLATIONS
AFTER postage has been paid for by us to ship to you but before the package has been picked up for delivery, shipping will not be refunded.
If you cancel BEFORE shipping has been paid for by us to ship to you and the package is not on it's way, you will received a FULL refund.
